Each customer service team member has successfully completed the hCG diet and are standing by to answer any questions you have about the diet. All phone calls and e-mails are responded to within 24-48 hours during Monday-Wednesday (10am-2pm MST) and Thursday-Friday (12pm-3pm MST).  All calls and e-mails received after 3pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be responded to the following Monday. All orders are shipped USPS.
